Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges faulty products (photo proof to hello@scrunchiko.com) within 3 days of delivery.

We will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to:

  • Communicate with you about your order
  • To fulfill your order
  • For legal reasons (like paying taxes)

Processing and shipping

Standard orders

All orders are handmade or made to order, making every item unique to the customer. Turn around time for ALL orders is 1-3 days to make the product- this does not take into account shipping times. If you require express delivery for an order, Express delivery next day shipping is available on request.

Custom orders

If you require a custom order, not featured on the shop page, then 5 business days for making and processing is applied. Custom order will only be processed once payment has been made.

Delivery Tracking

STANDARD shipping is tracked
EXPRESS shipping is tracked and the reference number is given to you once posted and lodged.
