  • CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER?
Our team work as quickly as possible to fulfil your oder, so we may not be able to update/cancel your order upon your request
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please contact us hello@scrunchiko.com with your order number and details of the change
  • WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUS?
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes. After your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order may take up to 3 business days to be fulfilled. A reminder that business days do not count as holidays and or weekends. All packages are shipped through Australia Post.

  • WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?
If you have a Scrunchiko account, simply log in and select "My Orders" in the drop down menu under your name. If you don't have an account, your confirmation email will display it.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?

Our delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (not counting weekends or holidays).

Scrunchiko are not held responsible for :

  • Mistakes made by Australia Post
  • Wrong addresses given by customer
  • Damage to orders by Postal Service
  • PO BOX issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Scrunchiko use Australia Post ship your order through standard mail (unless stated otherwise). This can take up to 4-7 days 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Scrunchiko uses Australia Post to ship your order through small Packet International Air. This can take anywhere up to 10-20 business days depending on your location

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SCRUNCHIES ARE DAMAGED?

Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the product in question. Once proven the product has a fault, the product may be returned for a repair please contact us hello@scrunchiko.com

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

Unfortunately due to the nature of your products, we are unable to accept returns, but if you are having any problems

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping cost 

  • Orders over $80 AUD will qualify for free shipping in Australia
  • Orders over $80AUD outside of Australia will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen country and delivery method. Full price displayed at checkout

  • Shipping time may depend on location, shipment method and other factors

HOW IS MY PACKAGE SHIPPED?

Scrunchiko ships through standard mail with Australia Post unless stated otherwise. This can take anywhere between 3-10 days. Once the packages arrive in the hands of the carrier, arrival times are out of our control and the responsibility of the shipping service that has been selected.

Neither Scrunchiko or Australia Post are responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly.
