- Mistakes made by Australia Post
- Wrong addresses given by customer
- Damage to orders by Postal Service
- PO BOX issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Scrunchiko use Australia Post ship your order through standard mail (unless stated otherwise). This can take up to 4-7 days
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Scrunchiko uses Australia Post to ship your order through small Packet International Air. This can take anywhere up to 10-20 business days depending on your location.
DAMAGES
Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the product in question. Once proven the product has a fault, the product may be returned for a repair please contact us hello@scrunchiko.com
RETURNS
Unfortunately due to the nature of your products, we are unable to accept returns, but if you are having any problems

Shipping cost
- Orders over $100 AUD will qualify for free shipping in Australia
- Orders over $80AUD outside of Australia will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen country and delivery method. Full price displayed at checkout

HOW IS MY PACKAGE SHIPPED?
Scrunchiko ships through standard mail with Australia Post unless stated otherwise. This can take anywhere between 3-10 days. Once the packages arrive in the hands of the carrier, arrival times are out of our control and the responsibility of the shipping service that has been selected.
Neither Scrunchiko or Australia Post are responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly.
Scrunchiko is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
